RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be twirl-in-your-new-item happy with your purchase, so if the fit isn’t right, or you’ve simply changed your mind don’t worry about a thing! We’ll take care of you. All regular priced items can be returned or exchanged, please see the details below depending on your location. NOTE: ANY ITEMS THAT ARE ORDERED DURING A SITE WIDE SALE, OR WITH A CODE FOR 15% or MORE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF A SALE ITEM. See below for more specific information, and thank you for shopping with us! 

Returns

Regular price items can be returned for a full refund not including shipping charges if sent back within 14 days of the received day, or store credit will be extended for unworn/original condition items sent back within 30 days. Expect to see a refund within 5 business days of your approved return arriving here. Items purchased during a site-wide sale are valid for exchange or store credit only and you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange or return of a sale item. All returns require a completed and approved RMA before being shipped back to us. When your RMA is approved, and if it is a full price item,  you will be sent a link to fill out a return-shipping label. All you need to do is fill out the label, print it, attach it to the package and drop it off at a post office. 

All sale items, swimsuits, lingerie, corsets, and hosiery are final sale, no exceptions. Any returned item received not in original re-sellable condition or without prior authorization will either:

A ) Be charged a re-stocking fee of between 20-50% to make the product saleable again with dry-cleaning or repairs, pay for processing fees etc.

B ) Be shipped back to you at your expense. If we cannot contact you for return shipping payment we reserve the right to donate the unsellable item to charity without refunding your card.

These are common things that make an item un-returnable: pet hair, smoke smell or odors, deodorant/lotion/makeup marks or if the item has been worn. 

Look at your item before packing it up to return- if it does not look like it could go right back on the rack, please don’t send it back. :)

At this time we CANNOT complete returns or exchanges for items purchased online in store. All orders placed through the web store require an RMA that cannot be generated by the sales staff in the store, so they are unable to help you with your exchange or refund. You are welcome however to drop off a sealed package with a completed and approved RMA form enclosed to the store if you are local, but please note your return/exchange will be handled by our web team in the same manner it would be if you had mailed your package. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and guarantee that your return or exchange will be dealt with in the quickest possible manner. We promise!

Fast Exchanges

Because our products often sell out quickly, if you’ve received something and the fit isn’t quite right we offer a super simple Fast Exchange option! All you have to do is request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by following these instructions RMA Once done, place a new order for the proper size or color and we will send out your new size same day (if received by 3PM MST).. Please note if you do not fill out an RMA  before we receive your package in the mail, we may issue a minimum 20% restocking fee. 

If you prefer a traditional exchange you can also wait for your first package to be received and your return to be processed before making a new purchase. The shipping code will still be provided, assuming you are purchasing the same item in a different size or color. It’s up to you! 

Requesting an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

 1. Log into your account Login

*If you had checked out as a guest, or you are exchanging or returning a gift please skip these steps and email us with your order number. We will complete this process for you.

 2. Select “RMA” from the sidebar, then select “request new RMA

 3. Find your order in the drop-down menu and select the item you are returning.

 4. Select exchange or return. Select the reason and add any notes you may have.

 5. Hit submit. You will receive a confirmation email and we will notify you once we have approved your RMA.

 6. Once you receive your confirmation email from us please print the label and include it in your securely packaged return. 

Please note If you do not fill out an RMA before us receiving your package in the mail, we may issue a 20% restocking fee.

 7. We will email you as soon as your package is returned and processed. Expect to see the return processed on your card within 5 business days of us receiving your approved returned item. 

MANUFACTURER CAUSED DEFECTS OR WRONG ITEMS SHIPPED BY MISTAKE

If you received a manufacturer caused damage or wrong item by mistake, we are happy to offer you a free exchange or refund once confirming the issue is manufacturer related. We don't make what we sell, but stand behind your purchases so simply include the details of the issue when filling out the RMA form and we will take care of it for you!

In Store Returns & Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange regular priced merchandise within 7 days of purchase or credit note with receipt . sorry no refund. .

-Items must be in new, re-sellable condition with both original tags attached and a valid receipt.

-All sale items, undergarments including hosiery and shape wear,hair dye,body jewelry, earrings, makeup, layaway, special orders, and gift cards are final sale. Sorry, no exceptions.

-Look at your item before bringing it back to exchange- if it does not look like it could go right back on the rack, please don’t bring it back. :)

-Returns and exchanges cannot be completed on sale days. 

-While we do not manufacturer our products, we stand behind what we sell. If your new item has a manufacturer caused damage we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund. Simply bring the item back in within three months of the purchase along with the proof of purchase and we will take care of it for you!

Layaways must be picked up within 30 days or deposit will be forfeit.

-At this time we CANNOT accept returns or exchanges for items purchased online in store. All orders placed through the web store require an RMA that cannot be generated by the sales staff in the store, so they are unable to help you with your exchange or refund. You are welcome however to drop off a sealed package with a completed and approved RMA form enclosed if you are local and would like to avoid mailing fees, but please note your return/exchange will be handled by our web team in the same manner it would be if you had mailed your package. *EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS: Purchases made 1st-31st December 2017 - can be returned until the 31st of January 2018.
